Welfare

We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of our members. The Club believes it is important that Members, Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Parents should at all times show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of themselves and others.

Bullying: Bullying of any kind is unacceptable at our Club. If bullying does occur, all Trampolinists should be able to tell and know that incidents will be dealt with promptly and effectively. The Club have code of conducts in place for members, parents and coaches.

Hydration: In line with BG Safeguarding policies, we encourage our trampolinists to keep hydrated at all times. Members should bring drink bottles with a non-spill top (preferably water) and keep these with them beside the trampoline. Should they need to be refilled during the session a water fountain can be found in ECRC foyer.

Trampolinists should visit the toilet before they come into the hall, however they are always allowed to access the toilet during sessions, but need to ask their coach.

Welfare Officers: Members are encouraged to be open at all times and share any concerns or complaints that they may have about any aspect of the club with our club Welfare Officers:

Friendship Tree
Upstairs, in our viewing gallery our Welfare Officers have constructed a friendship tree. We try and give our new Club children a welcome chat from our Welfare Officers and an opportunity to add a handprint on to our lovely tree.
Any Club member can add their 'hand' at any time - please just draw round your hand, write a kind message, put your name on it and bring it to Club. Our welfare officers will then laminate it and put it on the tree.
The tree is looking beautiful, but any new additions are very welcome!
